I don't think I want to visit Nordstrom now, if there are disgusting, sub-human Macy's customers there.

The Kohl’s and Macy’s customer will not magically have loads of extra cash to shop at Nordstrom.
They're so desperate.
What a dumb idea. They couldn't at least do some kind of partnership with Amazon and take their returns? Kohl's did that right and drives traffic that way. I know before they did that, I wouldn't ever go into a Kohls, but now I do, and sometimes will use the 25% off coupon they provide to shop something in store. But this? This is just stupid.
