All I've heard is people on this forum say is November 3rd is going to be the last day for everyone. It is now Spetember 4th and if you don't have your notice yet, guess what...you will be here past November 3rd. Why do so many people continue to drink Nestles Kool Aid?

Unless this is a region/district specific site, u do realize that there are other states with diff chains so diff end dates. And yes many areas are keeping us on and over staffed well past when most of the stores have dropped off. The days are easy now, keep me as long as you like... just keep paying me my market target!🤣
All we were ever told was that Nov 3rd was a target date for 'most employees'. Was never said to be the absolute last day no matter what. Perhaps you misunderstood what that meant? I still have not gotten a notice here even though they already told us that our last delivery will be Nov 4. We have been told most will stick around for another week or so after last delivery doing NROC style tasks. I guess to make sure stores are doing things right with our product. Which is probably why we are seeing a lot of reports of last days worked being Nov 8/9th.
A lot of us in SoCal have our notices and guess what it’s nov2nd and 3rd. Lol
Indianapolis warehouse was given their 60 day notice. November 8 will be the last day worked. That's who builds my pallets to deliver. I guess now I know when my last day is.
