NCR is doing a very good job in our store. Service is more timely and just as good as MST was.

What do I miss most of all? Customers.
I had a friendly relationship with MST gentlemen, including the managers at the City of Industry DC. I was a regional and did not frequently require their expertise, but when I did, they responded to my request immediately. You will surely be missed especially by the SMs and OAP execs in the next few months. It was unfortunate that such a decision was made, but it was simply a business decision that had been expected. Everyone at MST was technically capable and I'm sure they are already employed and if not, a door will open. If one door closes, another opens.
Yeah, I worked with you all in a different aspect than most... And I more than likely know you personally if you were from MST. So yeah bud, everyone that did stay on is probably 1000000 times more stressed out.
Well Q4 is approaching and I am very concerned how this whole mess is going to get worked out. In answer to your question, YES,YES YES! You guys were the life blood of our operations. Who ever made the poor decision to let you guys go will probably never see the light. I hear he is flooded with complaints.
