Not gonna lie. I hope its true. If you are a secretary who dreams of being an accountant there is no better place than exxon. But that decision is on you. If you get to your desired location and cant cut it.... you are out. I know a security guard who is a landman now. Companies shouldn't restrict you like Pioneer does.

Anyone that thinks the average person will get a great payout with a major is sadly mistaken. The senior people that we had here have already been taken care of with the VSP. So all of us that are left will get the shaft if we sell to a major.

No major is interested in paying a premium for acreage. They want a deal. Plenty of others falling into bankruptcy that far more attractive.
