Anyone see how Nordstrom hired interns for roles that were laid off for no fault of their own as a lawsuit???

The comments on this so strange clearly layoffs and lawsuit have nothing to do with wholesale and all that entails.... but I agree Nordstrom is clearly not doing ethical practices on reviews, layoffs or leadership accountability. I know many people in npg incompetent and many laid off talent based off personal favoritism that is a big issue.
Going wholesale on exclusive brands sounds like a plan hatched in retail bankruptcy hell! Incompetency, anyone?
Is “going wholesale” a goal for NPG? Doesn’t it make sense to remain exclusive?
- e. here’s something nice that can only be found at your town Nordstrom, not on Amazon.com.
I will say npg had great talent great brands and tons of potential to go wholesale. Yes Zella Caslon had huge opportunities to go wholesale. The problem is the leaders of npg and I say that in plural for a reason bc anyone there following her leadership and not speaking up is under qualified!!!! Also all npg remains are not leaders but more insta camp counselors spreading joy of lies. Revamp is needed but the sources and product quality is there.
So is NPG an asset or a burden?
These are exclusive clothes, not available elsewhere. Caslon, Zella, etc. have done quite well. People ask for them in Macy's, not knowing it's a Nordstrom store brand.
Is Nordstrom squashing little people in the org so it can pay lazy IT dudes $275K total comp (with RSUs)?
Name one and I will see you in court
NPG did lay off some ridiculously lazy and incompetent people too
What sort of positions were these?
Another example of incompetent HR and senior leadership exposing the company to lawsuits. There is no consultation. Wild Wild West...
I do
