Reading through these posts, it’s very disturbing how a company can claim such high loyalty and integrity standards when in fact the internal employee dismay is extremely broad and extensive. Can’t say I have much respect for an organization that dumps loyal and long term employees on the street only to replace them with off shore workers who have neither the passion or commitment to drive success. Pretty shameful.

I will never forget that day when an SVP insulted the entire IT operations team with one email. He announced that he decided to outsource because the leadership believed offshore resources could do it better, faster and cheaper. It was the beginning of the end.
