Thread regarding Nestle layoffs

Do people still enjoy working at Nestle?

While I was there I loved my job, until I didn't. Things changed so fast and I was out as soon as I was able to find a new position (less pay, much happier to this day.)

I'm just wondering how is it for people who stayed behind? Have things improved at all? Does anybody still enjoy working there?

I really hope things are better now...but judging by posts here it doesn't seem much has changed for the better.

Yes. Mainly because I enjoy the ppl I work with and the accounts I have. Since the lay off notice I’ve had a few bouts of “well, u don’t want me then I don’t want you” bitterness but overall I still enjoy the job.

You made the smarter move, friend. Closer to the end of the line we arrive it feels as if issues are snow balling into an avalanche. Snafu bar. If it weren't for that lofty promise of retention bonus, I would have bailed but I cling onto the hope of a new horizon once it is all said and done. And much like yourself I don't expect I'll find a job that paid as well, but I know I'll be MUCH happier elsewhere. 2.5 months to go and counting.
