Speaking from experience, this will be the time when leadership makes changes. They will shuffle people to different positions. It has been going on for the past three months. Expect changes at the VP level, global level, on down. I guarantee you will be scratching your head at some of these changes. Promotion by failure is what I call it. Teflon hands, run away before the results are in.
