When Bed Bath & Beyond management wants something from us for little to no compensation, we’re family. When they decide to cut so many of some of their most loyal employees, it’s just business. No reason to get emotional over it.

Part go the reason I walked away couple of months ago! Got my review I’m told I’m capped out, put in my notice and all of sudden they are bending over backwards to keep me saying what if this what if that!!!! True story!!! Being the way I am I still chose to walk away, because I do not respect that kind of leadership.
