Hello all, after reading the Washington Post story about Joe MacFarland's comments and seeing some of the backlash that has happened I got a bit curious as to the attention being brought on Lowe’s. It occurred to me though that the only way this info could get out is for someone to leak it and it is included in the article that a assistant store manager “speaking on a condition of anonymity” relayed this information, how else would the Washington Post get its hands on a video that clearly states at the beginning that is confidential for company use. The spotlight is on Lowes and it is on Marvin so all of the people out there that have suffered now is your chance to say something, most reporters have their twitter or e-mail on the articles. So for those out there that have been harassed, degraded, forced to do things they should not have to do in the name of making money for the company now is your chance to speak up people are listening! Let the floodgates open, I am sure nothing would please these reporters more than having a follow up story. I for instance have already emailed the reporter on the piece to highlight the lawsuit for all the service managers that are required to do work off the clock, I even informed him of how as a SSM I was written up for not doing a drive around off the clock. I hear all these stories on here and reddit of people being insulted, humiliated, retaliated against, dealing with unethical and immoral store managers and district managers. So honestly people be polite, be truthful, don’t bring up petty small stuff but for those of you that have legitimate things that you have witnessed NOW is the time!

The Washington Post is owned by who? Jeff Bezos, Amazon! Was this a big F— YOU to Lowe's from Bezos or something of more intrigue?

If nothing else, this will cause a major distraction to the “ Stupid Joes” at corporate. The whole C- Suite is populated by “ Stupid Joes”. They deserve all the headaches that they self inflict.
There is an unseen movement within Lowe's made up of long tenured associates that finally has had enough. We know Lowe's better than the hostile Depot stooges and puppets that have taken over!
We will turn this company around with patience and intelligence, but beware those fools who underestimate our resources, the best is yet to come!

I have responded to reporters requests for factual information.
You are not paying attention. Someone posted info about it here (just info, not the video), then the Washington Post reporter made a thread asking if there is an employee brave enough to leak the video.
My two cents, the reporters are scanning this site on a regular basis, but so does let’s say “any other interested party”.
This is a powerful tool that we have, we just need to be careful and make the language we use kosher, within legal boundries and website rules, so it doesn’t get reported and pulled down.
Those who take action are HEROES! They refuse wrong doings and act correctly against them.
Those that simply complain and do nothing? Well, get on the ball!
