Thread regarding State Farm Insurance layoffs

R3markable??

I have three large loss fires where Insds need help with general next steps (contents processing, finding temp home, dealing with contractors). I have numerous other claims to tend to too. I cannot help them because (1) I'm busy focusing on achieving my metrics and (2) the case load heaved on us. Altho I'd like to believe SF really cares about R3markable Service, it pales to insignificance in the background of SF processes. Metrics > (greater than) R3markable in real life. Again, actions speak louder than words. (20+ yrs with the Farm).

It’s not R3markable service if the customer is not complaining. If it’s only the 20% complaining then all is well. At least the other 80% are happy- I was told this by a member of management and the CPCU course material suggests this as well- the Pareto principle in action.

3 large losses, I'm with you! Extremely hard to stay caught up in today's environment. I just don't think mixing the small ones (ACH inspections) with the large losses is a good fit at least not with large territories. It's a daily struggle to stay caught up. I continually look for shortcuts and ways to decrease customer service in order to provide a minimum level of customer service to everyone. Very frustrating!

This is all planned. Tipsturd is the hammer, shoving all these changes as fast as he can...Everything is being changed from top,to,bottom ragardless,of whether the changes work or not. Just make the change who, cares whether it works. Recycle the workforce too. I assume Tipsturd knows he's expendable and is being used to do all the company's dirty work. When it's done he'll be replaced by the real, next CEO. Tipsturd is the patsy. Goodbye Lee Harvey.

Another fine example of hypocrisy! Remember they stack the cards in their favor. If they can buy off RICO, what are you. Willkomme to the 3rd Reich!

You’re confused on your mission. You’re not there to help people, you’re there to meet your metrics.
