Thought I’ve seen everything in retail, while working at Walmart, but now that I’ve been a Lowe’s employee I have to say that this company is reaching an ultimate low in how it treats its employees. Such a toxic environment filled with constant expressions of management ego. I’ll be looking to get out of this place, the sooner the better.

I hate going into Walmart because of the way they treated their employees. Now I won't go into Lowe's for the very same reason except it is worse that Walmart
I have nothing to add because everything said is true. In less than a year Marvin has ruined Lowe’s to the point that everyone working there wants out and we can’t hire enough employees to replace who leaves. One guy we hired quit after a week. The senior citizens say too much is expected of them and quit, millennials spend too much time on their phones and in the break room.
Everyone looking to get out. Even the pt millennials, and tax break hires of students and veterans claim openly what a godddamn dump Lowe's is. Most quit immediately.
Lowe's is truly a dump in every regard now. This pos at the helm has destroyed every area of operations.
Do less. Let it all fail. If you boost them up by k–ling yourself to do a good job, there is no reward and you enable more cuts and bs.
