y'all know that Joe was brought in by Marvin because they worked so well together at HD and JC Penney's, right? You think he is going to punish his buddy that helps bring companies down? The punishment is going to be handed out to those of us in the stores who have to try making it up to customers
If an hourly store employee had made the comment to a customer, the store employee would be fired. I do not know if Joe is racist, but corporate is definitely hypocritical.
