McFarland should be terminated as any Lowe’s employees would be for making such racially insensitive comments!!!
I’m sure this isn’t the first time, and he’s probably said worse things about other minority’s.
My guess is Ellison will protect, excuse, and keep his henchman on board with Lowe’s. And if so, what does that say about Ellison???
The public optics for Lowe’s continues to sink under the rule of the Ellison management team.
