Layoffs are expected. They are outsourcing everything to Accenture.
Good point. Also I'm guessing layoffs are not unexpected or shocking anymore so even less newsworthy. Many seem to be sort of preparing themselves for it constantly.
The news doesn't report EVERY single layoff, especially if it's less than 100. Layoffs happen every day.

Why let go ecommerce? God knows it's one of our weakest links. Our website, warehouse and entire shipping process is awful. And we think we can still compete? Laughable.
