I’m talking about a new HCL deal, or any sort of arrangement where there will be mass outsourcing? Is something like that likely to happen in the near future?

@10Kr1OdS-1iao What departments? What else is there left to acquire? Also, what proof do you have of this?
HCL will rebadge and acquire more xerox/core employees in 2020. No more this year. All admin, sans accountants, will be either laid off or rebadged. Service has been rerouted but it’s still under xerox.
Absolutely, eventually I see service dispatch and every technician working for HCL and warehouses merged, then sales offices closed with all working out of their homes, the buildings will be closed or close to it
“No more outsourcing”. - Dr A A. In other words, “yes”.
The grand plan is to outsource every back office function that exists. They want sales offices to remain with limited support. So, once HCL completes its first few waves & shows some success, the rest will follow.
