Two more store managers in our district quit this week. So sad to see what is happening. More getting out soon before the layoffs. Once a great company now they don’t care about their employees at all. Everyone is just a number.

Well said. Very tired of the whining about store 51. If you're that miserable just leave already you've said your side.
How about all the losers that work at store 51 just quit and find other jobs. That’s all you ever do is post and complain about your managers. You must be lazy and not do much and make decent money to put up with it and not leave if it’s so bad there.
There WILL be significant store closings soon, stores close together in proximity will be targeted. The test is complete for other stores that have closed in this situation & enough of a percentage of foot traffic went to the existing store. This is all about foot traffic in stores & another way to chip away at expenses by keeping 2 buildings open that are close. That’s why SM’s leave on top of their salary level, there are SM’s that make top salaries where the level of business years ago could sustain...but no longer. If their wise to this they leave or your forced out by any means.
Why would SMs leave? Theirs seems to be the only safe positions?
