Anyone see the recent podcast where VP McFarland claims racially all "Hispanics have small hands" so should buy Dewalt?

it was up the whole day yesterday. I dont believe he is a racist but you simply cannot say something like that at that level. If i said it I would be reprimanded.. Same should go for him. and if lowes takes it down then they should be held accountable as well..

I have the video. Just dont know what to do w/ it. As an employee, it clearly states its a violation to use it out of Lowes, AND THEY CAN AND WILL TRACK IT!
There is someone on the only at Lowe’s Facebook page that claims to have recorded it. I’m sure it was deleted ASAP! Lol. Unbelievable in today’s climate that a high level executive would say something so stupid and offensive, and ridiculous!
