No, this IS old. Feds even investigated a few years back and there was nothing to it even then.

You would think that some young and on the make attorney, prosecutor or inquisitor general would jump on this situation like a frenzied school of crazed piranha there's so much blood in the water.

All true! Saddest part is most enrollment representatives are enrolling students with no GED or HS diploma and dont know it because UOPX does not check or validate the existence of a valid GED/diploma. I can call in today and say that I have one and the Financial Aid office depends on the school to qualify the student so basically UOPX gets away with Murder! Pockets most of the money and gives a tiny bit to the student for playing the game and moves on to the next. Nothing has changed!
