Thread regarding General Motors layoffs

GM will be like Fuyao glass in Dayton Ohio if we allow this to continue

GM will loose to this president Trump and they know it, our president wants nothing to do with China and build product here ? Let's wait and see. Barra is a Democratic globalist and absolutely two faced, now she's saying the shareholders don't matter and the employees do? Really, since when? If uaw workers strike they can't be fired but temporary workers can come in to work. Chinese culture doesn't work here period, it's not there fault or ours that just how it is, they work different and are used and worked like slave labor with super low pay, that doesn't work for them but they feel they have no choice, but the truth is they do, case in point Hong Kong, they are fighting in the streets and maybe the rest of China should take notice to their brothers and sisters struggle or face slavery and sub human working conditions, is the USA heading for that? From where I sit not without a fight and a bloody one at that. Here in the US we work to live in China they live to work, big difference. They are a good hard working people but are highly brainwashed and have no choice in the matter, in many ways they have simply given up as they sucomed to Communist rule or face starvation. Boycott Chinese manufacturing companies like Fuyao and GM.

Our President hereby ordered all American companies to leave China.

He also said we'd be far better off without them.

Times have and are catching up to all of the greed, the end result will be eventual protests and riots in the streets, once all of the jobs have dried up completely and belly's begin to hunger, it will be something to behold in this country.

Thanks for the good post @10JAMqPR. Barra has learned to manage as a globalist and as such is rewarded with good press by the media. She is playing by the globalist playbook and therefore cuts higher paid North American employees for cheaper resources overseas. All the while playing the virtue signalling and social justice game for everyone to see. People forget that she was brought up and nurtured under the decrepit GM middle management bureaucracy. As such I don't see a successful end to her reign, just more globalist/corporate practice of exporting American engineering, design and manufacturing jobs to cheaper foreign shores. It has been the standard practice since the 70's and shows no signs of ending.
