480 hours of fmla in teletime now....

Is that the 60 day notice? It’s been added under accruals in teletime...

yeah-I just think it’s weird that i’ve never had it in teletime before and all of a sudden it’s added in a week before we’re supposed to get our notices. A weird coincidence - 60 days=480 hours

FMLA does not pay out, it just protects your job for 12 weeks at 40 Hrs.

Any full time employee who has over one year with any company has a balance of 12 weeks(480 hrs)

Why put the 480 hour of fmla now into tele time doesn’t make any sense at all.any input out there?????

That's family and medical leave act time. It is only available if you qualify for it. Ie: birth of a baby, long term sickness.
