Today we had a conference call regarding the new rsm jobs. We where told there would be plenty of openings for our area and we should be able to apply for them. Today was a differnt story. There will only be 3 new positions with the company throughout all of California. Now the wait game is on too see who leaves now knowing there will be nothing left at the end for us. We where told there would be at least 10 just in our area but that was a lie. Make sure you guys are getting the correct information from your hr and dsl because it seems like they just wanted us too stay longer with false information.

Well, to be fair. If Nestle plans on hiring folks who spell “where” when they mean “were”... all hope is lost for the company.

You need to spell correctly to be considered.

I believe other dude is Correct, I have heard 13 “open” RSR positions and 2 RSM positions in So Cal.
I know there are 3 RSM’s openings in all of California and not sure of total RSR openings in all of California. But it’s quite a few more then 13 that is for sure..
My DSL has been pretty upfront and honest with us so want to I trust him.
You must not have heard correctly, I believe there are 13 open positions just in Southern California alone. (Not sure if that was your area) So either you were informed incorrectly or you weren’t listening closely.
Either way wether their is a job for us or not the package is very generous and worth staying till the end..

Everybody has diff communication levels in diff areas, some have very engaged dsls and asls and some not so much, to the reply poster, very easy to cut down a coworker who is frustrated. Been seeing alot of nestle reps and merchs cutting down their coworkers, when you think about it, its like someone on the titanic saying to another, hey, im smarter than you. ... we are all the same SINKING SHIP!!
You probably heard incorrectly or extremely gullible. How could you think your area alone would get “plenty” openings when the company told us 400 positions countrywide including management roles? You shouldn’t worry much. The Lord looks after babies and fools.
