Amended safety rule getting on off moving equipment is now legal , just like CSX . Expedite switching moves, etc, for yrs it was a illegal to get on off moving equipment, less tey required.

Well why not? The director of the FRA said “ safety is eating into the profits of the railroads” ....WTF
Actually you can get off any car that’s moving but you have to be trained .watch a video and be witness getting on and off.
The exception to that rule is tank cars. You get on or off one that's moving....even if its because of sloshing they will hit you with a Commit Violation.
