It’s obvious that Frontier wants lower wages. Just get it over with already and make your proposal.

Think about it for a minute...Chapter 11 will not happen...at least not in the near future. With a northwestern sale of over 1 billion dollars in progress, Chapter 11 will not happen. Let's be positive, stay united, bargain in good faith and keep what we all worked so hard for...and treat the customer as you would want to be treated...with great service, regardless of all the hoops we have to hurdle as a tech to make this happen.

- Yes. I am referring to final contract w/ Verizon and every contract w/Frontier has expired before they even begin negotiating. Usually take 7 months or so to ratify a new one.
“Employee expense” was cited by Danny Boy during the last earnings call as one of the companies primary challenges going forward. It’s pretty obvious what he meant by that comment.
Ct contract is up on the 15th of October. Not much negotiating going on here, I expect alot of layoffs.

Working without a contract is common in a lot of areas. We have passed a "4 year" contract before that took nearly a year to ratify. By the time it was ratified we only had 3 years left on it. And guess what? When those 3 years passed, they again didnt even start "negotiations" until it was expired.
There is no EXTENSION. That’s fake news. The contract/date ALREADY expired and passed. It expired on July 20th. Just an agreement to keep the status quo under the expired contract and either side can terminate with 90 days notice.
To think the company is going to negotiate before the expiration date is delusional. You'll be working without a contract before you know it whether you like it or not. You all know what your only option is... you might as well do it...
