I believe what everyone is missing is the fact that shareholders and employees are the ones behind a resolution. I personally lost over $95K. I have joined the lawsuit. I recommend everyone consider it. It’s your right.
It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to know NetApp hasn’t been truthful in their numbers. It’s been going on for a long time.
From what I’m hearing internally, it’s no laughing matter or anything to take lightly.
Why don't you check out the other BIG name companies that have also had this type of law suite filed against them...Do you see them going out of business?? Just because a case has been filed means nothing...move on.
