Sales are up while morale is dropping. We keep losing great people who are getting out before the next wave of layoffs. I wish the powers that be would have the decency to let their employees know what is going to happen and not blindside them. Give us the heads up so we can be prepared and get another source of income. I was one of many who got the overtime lawsuit letter and opted not to sign up because I believed that I had been paid fairly. Now with HR looking to fire everyone who makes too much money I’m sorry I didn’t sign that letter. They are putting everyone on PIP who makes “above “ what the position pays and terminating them if they make any mistakes.
Really bad place to work now.

Who's getting put on a pip now? Omg because u make too much? This freaking company is ruthless now it seems in areas outside of where I am. Can they just get rid of more at Corp that do nothing instead??? And has anyone had to call 1-800 lately? What a mess those jobs are farmed out everywhere next stop India
