Honestly how desperate are you for a job to feel the need to stick around with this company.
Its reputation now is so bad weatherford sho is bankrupt still get 5 times more work than you?
I left years ago and doing 10 x better, most of the people who were paid off are far better off now and alot happier.
From the guys still working there they all say the same treated like shxt , over worked, told to lie and falsify documents, pay cut so far back, back stabbing and every one is trainees or graduates so why stay?
Wasting years and years of your lives In a horrible job working for a crooked terrible company.
Bhge obviously know how to pick the staff they keep as there too stupid to leave.
Anyway Schlumberger and weatherford are both employing 10 times the staff while bhge still pay off so if you cant see your in a dead end job working for the worst then maybe your actually right where you should be.

I equate it to an abusive romantic relationship. I still remember all the good times we had before the employee abuses and mismanagement began. And occasionally it's good for a little bit before Baker backhands me with a new wave of b—s—.

I work at BHGE in the woodlands and I love it , been here a year and some change and I have no complaints. I’ve worked for SLB and NOV and BHGE is the best I’ve worked with . I honestly have no complaints. I’ve gotten two raises within a year, and a bonus .
that’s why we fired those manager clowns absolutely useless
Last 6 been run off 4 north sea rigs that I know of. We only have 6 working.
So that's good going by any standard.
I too would be very embarrassed getting twice replaced by a bankrupt company who completed the job and then took over the rest of the contract.

You cant even start to believe how bad Aberdeen office is these days.
We actually laugh out loud as messed up so many times on our rigs at the morning meetings when anyone suggests using them.
They have been run off now 90% of contracts the last 2 years that's good going.
Not even the last choice anymore just a laughing stock.
