The worst experience I ever had. I was a female account administrator at the woodland hills california location. I was there for a lot of years. Just do not apply there at all. I spoke with others who were polite enough to discuss what was going on. There was a lot of rude employees and disrespect in those departments. Although I was in a better department, it was not comfortable hearing all the complaints and torture that I heard was going on by the others in that facility. Just so everyone will know on here also.

I hear Aetna is posting some of the positions in the same department as those of us were let go! Not sure if this is there way to lower salaries —seems to be not well thought through as most changes in the department. By the time you develop new employees there is a cost associated with that so what are they really saving especially when the employees that were let go worked endless hours and were highly productive.
I just got lay-off after 14 years with Aetna. We were completely blindsided given 2 weeks notice. Management said our backgrounds didn’t align with the new job description when I asked what the criteria was - no response. We were all project managers most of us are in our 60’s. There is so much I could say, first and most importantly is the division takes on the personality of the leadership that will define the culture. The driver that came to pick up my equipment said he has been picking up equipment from Aetna employees for the last 4 months in my state and the neighboring state.
