the jobs will post on august 26th thats what our biweekly communications said. and there is and app to see where the positions are going to be located at .http://example.com/RSRAApplication and http://example.com/RSRSurvey this is for the geographic locations but wait until u see the job posts
Agree with the post below there are way too many dumb people at our depot to even think of applying. We where already told at our meeting that there will only be around 5 rsm positions throughout California. So you are going to have about 500 employees applying for 5 spots. Good luck
PSR also too dumb to apply. They have just been writing orders. They don’t know how to sell.
The truth of the matter is, most Nestle “Sales Reps” are just order takers. Nestle won’t have any need for a person that can’t holding a selling conversation with Walmart senior management. It’s not all the reps fault. If you have a route filled with Dollar Generals and C-Stores, their is no opportunity to actually sell. Those people ought not apply.
Nearly every rep at my depot is concerned about the EDQ number before they even walk into the account. Those reps are looking to make the minimum order. The correct way is to evaluate opportunities in the account, make the correct order, then adjust for EDQ, if need be.
Nestle doesn’t look at frontline people as “ true salespeople “ they may tell you to apply, but i would be surprised if 5% of frontline that apply get the job, unless they are really strapped. Probably would lay you off in a year or two when they botch that too, good luck
Current RSRs are not eligible they are too
Dumb
There are only going to be about 130 rsr jobs for the whole nation. If you are around a busy market you might see two or three opportunities , at best. Do not count on Nestle' for any kind of employment. Bad food , no job!
If you don't see the jobs posted on the company website, then obviously the jobs aren't posted yet. It's not that hard to understand. Once posted, it will probably be very easy to understand.
