Yes the account may be in growth, but surely they just talk to computer/algorithms really? Definitely an area of over resourcing!

If you know that team ... You know their level of competence. It's embarrassing and the leadership are too stupid to see how bad they are. Blind leading the blind.
Amazon crack the whip and Mattel thank them for beating them. Again and again. That team is filled with some of the worst Mattel employees on the planet. That account could run itself. All those id–ts do is get in the way whilst making themselves look busy. Jokers.
