The only reason that theory is plausible is because this wouldn't be happening if it wasn't all planned and everyone was in on it. Those who could stop it have done nothing which validates it's a planned goal. As for the patsy theory...what do they say on the movies...assassinate the assissin...which means him being fired when does is plausible too.

There's no way Tipsey or his lackeys came up with the idea of so many changes in such a short time. Just not smart enough. My guess is that he's the hammer, the patsy. When the dirty work is done he's gone. New guy will have culpable deniability -,it wasn't me it was the other guy but really this has been company plan all along. Question is does he know he's the fall guy and,his days are numbered. You tell me.
