Thread regarding State Farm Insurance layoffs

SF ranked 4th place !!!

SF ranked 4th place that's not bad....what's that? It's 4th worse insurance company in America. according to AJJ article SF ranked 4th worse insurance company based on customer review of quality of service. Does this surprise anyone? SF you get what you pay for. All the technology in the world will not replace the added value of knowledgeable, experienced, claims professuonals.

It is pure entertainment to watch the whining. That is the only reason i come to this site. I am happy with my job and I work hard enough to not have to worry about it. Maybe if you where a better employee you would not be un-employed or worried about loosing your job.

I love the company. It has given everything to me and my family. And if for some reason I can't finish my career with them, I certainly would not be bitter about it.

@3kzb

So, you come to a website called "layoff.com," where most of the people here are struggling either with having lost their job or with the fear of losing it in the future due to years worth of poor management practices and stupid executive decisions, and you tell people to "stop with your bitterness you have for the company?"

How about you go hang out someplace where you're less likely to encounter people bitter about State Farm. Like, say, your boss' office.

Stop with your bitterness you have for the company. AJJ is a biased rating system. SF may not be number one anymore but they are far from the worst. Just because you could not handle SF anymore doesn't mean you should obsess about it.

Wrong corporate shill. Where's your date to support AJJ is wrong. You got none. That's what I thought. If I want any cap out of you. I'll squeeze your head. Sh–forbrains.

I'm not sticking up for SF but that AAJ seems rather biased to the claimant and claimant's attorney's. I'm sure policyholders are frustrated too, but this seems to be rating the company on how fast they hand over money without investigating the claim.

My Sales leader is like a Deer in headlights, my old AFE was great assisted me with my business. Now I just wonder why my SL comes over talks about my numbers and what I’m doing I had to hire an outside coach on how to assist with my office associates development. I’m not sure if he is related to someone or they were just filling the position.
It’s just whatever at this point, we always ran a tight ship at the Farm, we also have new agents doing interesting or should I say creative processes. I to don’t understand why they don’t get it at this point. When you have 26 agents in the same metro area and only three are blowing numbers out it makes u wonder. We all have the same rate structure. We are a compliance nightmare waiting to erupt.

Dumpster fire it’s like nobody knows what’s going on or what’s coming next. Change an evolution is important for every corporation to adapt and survive. But with some in leadership positions that shouldn’t be there the underwriting model is a total disgrace and train wreck. New agents are still cutting corners doing what ever it takes to get business on the books. After multiple of videos and compliance reviews they still don’t get it. It impact everybody in the market when they cheat the system. We have several layers of leadership that need to be cut out. It’s the policyholders money time to remember that!
It’s time to shutdown and regroup it’s so bad most say they don’t even care anymore. That what worries me the most of all. Sad state of affairs!

Let me see, my $1.5M dollar home just burned down and I'm talking to a 26 yr old vaping, video game player from a prepared script telling me there's coverage issues? I can't pay you until the computer program tells me I can...

Wow...that's pretty bad...gone from one of the beat to one of the worse...a shame. 95 years of quality service and brand building all ruined in 3 yrs.
