I remember my so called leader saying that EMS was a tool to screw people's career. There were two EMS, one for the CASholes and one for everyone else. You could screw up big time and if you one of those CAShole, no one will touch you, maybe slap on the fist.
Half the people who screwed other people's career are no longer with this sinking ship. Either the rats jumped out or were crushed since their master's left. So, who does EMS anymore.
The day BHGE is sold, half of Italians will be out of job.

PD implemented to save managers time reviewing their staff and their development. Not a fan of PD.
Spot on! Sinking ship .....
EMS went out the window a couple of years ago. Replaced with the pathetically implemented PD tool that is not really used. Further evidence of how bad GE human resource organization is. What is used to fire people? Random decision by those in power who ironically are the ones that should be fired
