With some QTDs coming up I hope everyone is doing ok. Remember you are not alone and there is healing and life after SF. I look back with appreciation on what I’ve been able to do since leaving earlier than planned. Although unexpected and upsetting at the time it has worked out very well. I am healing and moving on and building my new chapter. Give yourself time and space to find your joy and path. It has been a tough last several years at SF. Good luck and know change can be invigorating and lead to wonderful unimagined opportunities. Hang in there. Be bold. Be kind. Have courage. You are amazing!

Good idea taking QTD, everyone in my unit is worried about pension. All signs point to freeze coming. Does anyone have info we are next on block, we are on pins and needles. Don’t want to sit around in this sweat shop to much longer, its gotten really bad.
@bgtt good luck on the next chapter of your life and career. Reflect on some of the good people you got to know and don't give anyone else a second thought.
QTD reached today. Had to take early retirement. Received no note from any management thanking for years of service. And they wonder why employee morale in the tank? Tone deafness by all levels.
What the heck. I don't need some patronizing corporate message telling me how to feel about QTD. Here's my message. COWARDS continue to hide behind the curtain of customer service. Don't worry the class actions are coming.
Wow. When I clap my hands come out of your SF trance. No one in QTD is sad about leaving slave farn. Last of the loyal front line. SF goodbye, good riddance and good luck cuz you're going to need it.
Seriously, stop spouting BS about new benefits. No one is fooled by your nonsense.
You are either trolling for responses (with or without financial incentive) or you're a paid shill. And either way, your posts are utterly without value to anyone except you.
The damage is done. SF will never be what it once WAS. Sorry but it's like a wife beater saying he will not beat again. One can always forgive but never forget abusive behaviors.
/Rolls eyes–The "new" benefits are regurgitation of benefits we used to have before the PTO banks went into effect in 2016. Since turnover is so bad, of course 95% of the workforce won't realize that this Company did nothing new but bring back a small piece of benefits we reaped in years past. I surmise there has been several employee surveys/feedback pushing for SOMETHING because SF of course when too far on its pendulum swing when PTO started.
Transfer to a hub. New benefits are coming. Going to be good.
They are?....for which depts/areas ?
