Talk to the mjr with the goatee. They can’t lose anymore yard carman so rips will close. They are going to dispo more cars. More carman cuts are coming because you aint moving then fast enough. Period.

Looks like the gravy train has pulled into the station. Did it ever occur to anyone that the job was too good to be true, and someday it had to end? My first week on the job thats exactly what I was thinking. Im getting paid this well for doing this? And a foreman can sit on Facebook all day long and be a bully.

How many years service to hold carman job now?
What about the manager's are they going to take a bit as well? They are half the reason a efficiency rating had dropped since the last layoffs. Calling overtime when not needed to their stupid f—ng decisions they make on the hour. They nothing but a bunch of stupid F__ks!
Make sure these men get some free hot dogs on their way out and thank them for their service. But make sure they know they can’t come to family day anymore.
Correction. 47 carman are going home.
55 positions. Eliminating the timekeeper position, cutting back on foreman generals (2 of the 4??), cutting back to 14 foreman, which pencils out to be the bottom 37 carman eliminated since the timekeeper doesn't have a carman date. If all of the foreman general positions are eliminated, 39 carman are going home.
