I feel lucky being laid off 3 years ago. The severance was 1 year pay. And the folder was dark blue :(
Severance package is only 1 week of pay toward vacation, regardless if you have several weeks remaining.
You know what im p-ss-d about?!? Halliburton laying off all the worker bees but the maintenance foremans and pm paper queen charge 16 hours a day. Verified in SAP by me. I charge 1 minute over 60 hours and all hell breaks loose but the foreman charges 90 a week is all good...such b—s—...
What did they change the severance package to?
Also suspicious how they changed the severance package only a few months ago. Seems like they have been planning this for a while.

same I have heard. Mostly affect the permian basin guys that are currently mandated to work 2 less days per roatation. The northeast market is not running even at half capacity.
