Use common sense for layoffs

Hope they dont layoff the workers that you can count on to get the job done. The ones that dont need to be told what to do and already know what needs to be done. But they will keep the ones that just do what is necessary and nothing more. The ones that sit in their office waiting for you to go ask them to help...

They never use common sense. Why do you think FP is still hear? All the VP’s & Mgrs are sick of him thinking he knows best and ignoring their recommendations

I am pretty sure nobody told DL about the new CEO statement about prioritizing people over profit.

When have they ever used "common sense" during layoffs? They simply look at compensation, sort by Descending, and start from there. The result is called 'adverse selection' and the remaining workforce is, on the whole, inherently less effective with each successive layoff. Anyone who ever worked for KD knows that concept all too well.
