ASM Wv Max depends on store volume $65k not including bonus etc men making more than women as usual. HR tried to fix it but they termed them to because they made to much. Supervisors male vs female, external hire vs internal promo big difference. Female been there 20yrs$18 to external male hire $21. Sad but it’s true. Pay rate advisors min $17 to $27 an hour in WV again depends on stores volume.

25 now but with my allowance 30, that’s going away in feb (thanks marv!) so now 10k less per year but I’ve only been at Lowe’s 1/2 my life

I was getting $20.76/hr. Was offered $22.00 to stay, stepped down to a diff spot to have less headaches.
If your a supervisor in high cost of living areas than your pay will be higher.
I wonder if some of the replies are accurate, or I was just underpaid for everything that I did, or it is a geographical issue...$34.56 an hour for a supervisor position? That equates to $71,884 a year....I only made $20.75 an hour, and I busted my a–, while everyone else hid in their offices and were nowhere to be seen...$28,724 is a HUGE discrepancy...
Looks like I dodged a bullet when I turned down the Paint/Home Decor/Flooring department supervisor position at my store; manager offered me $13.57/hour. I turned him down, he hired the kid that's a hunting buddy of the one ASM. Supposedly the kid is getting $20.00/hour, a big increase over what he was making as a head cashier.
$18and change. Not enough to deal with all of the b—s— of running the store.
I was making over $22.00/hr when I chose to leave two yrs ago.
$32.75 if you add bonuses and divided by weeks And hours worked almost $45 an hour.
