To tell you the truth, I’m a little surprised by the amount of people who are shocked by the way the company is treating its workers. They don’t care about the quality of work, they don't care about having employees that are going to give their 110% to the company. All they care about are the numbers. When you look at the whole situation from the numbers perspective, it’s logical that the number of contractors, part timers or youngster that will work cheaply, is rising. Whoever wants to have any sort of a stable job needs to get out of Lowe’s ASAP.
