Few realize that the "Two Raises for All" is not as good as getting one annual raise.
For half a year you're only getting half your raise; that's not as good as getting all of your raise all at once. No wonder McFartland was acing like an infomercial huckster selling us something. Most Lowe's employees fell for it hook, line, and sinker! We did the math, it's another 15 to 22 million in the corporate coffers and not our pockets.
Our store manager tells us all is well and we should "trust" him; yeah right! Not a snowballs chance in hell I'm going to do that.
Nope but the store manager at mine gives this corporate speech that assures that all is good and they believed him. That was before they are cutting the CSA's money. Now they are running scared. I laugh and they will learn soon enough. Marvin is not done cutting and pruning us back to an empty store and still expect growth.

Not a single position is safe at Lowe’s. Not even Marvin’s; he’ll be gone as soon as he is no longer making money for his masters Shaw and Ackerman.
Marvin is going to keep cutting trying to make the stock meet or beat Home Depot. By then there will be nothing left of Lowe’s.
Get out now on your terms before another pay cut (specialists) or your job is outsourced to a third party (Assembler and FSA).
