You bet they will. Two of them are the people most responsible for overstaffing. Now they will be rewarded for the RIF.

Oh, sell the company? Why not, a great change of control program / policy is in place for them.
Duh, that's the main reason for layoffs. Fire a worker and funnel that money straight to the top. Rinse and repeat
