Thread regarding Bed Bath & Beyond layoffs

SURVIVED will not be the headliner

BBB will not survive for a few reasons.

Real changes are not going to happen, too many of the same senior mgrs running the show.

Same old SM’s still hiding in their office watching the struggle, store #51, start with that one!

Uninformed low information employees being untrained.

Can the people from store 51 just stop, call the 1-800 number, complain about serious issues, and move on? Just because your store manager s—s, doesn’t mean they all do!!

No one can blame the store managers or associates. The real failure is from the leadership in corporate. No one wants to change the”culture “. Well guess what the culture was a great idea 35+ years ago. I still believe that there is hope for BBB. I think they need to thin more of the herd in corporate and bring in new fresh ideas to build up the brand again. Sell off those c-appy companies that don’t make us money. Fingers crossed for good things ahead. I am at store level and still hear great things from our customers.
