Please oust DL and ND. And replace the entire BOD. Then fire half the employees, sell some assets and pay down debt.

Hmm this sounds like why AKM was kicked out
Just wait for the debt to EBITA ratio to get just a bit higher and then watch the credit revolver get pulled out beyond Chesapeake's feet. At that point, chapter 11 will be filed and all all of the assets will be sold off.
