I certainly couldn’t. This states that the company is in could be a good reminder to folks st other companies, that nothing is for sure, and that bad decisions can go a long way. Is there anyone that could have predicted this?

I wonder how many exit interviews were done and the information went nowhere. HR had a front row seat and did little or nothing about the corrupt managers and supervisors.
Your company has been a total cluster f**k a lot longer than five years. You should be thankful that it’s still in business.
I’m hoping that’s not a serious question. Anyone and everyone could see it coming that’s why this boat has been a diving platform for the last two years. Yes, yes we all know Dougie inherited an ungodly, complicated mess. But when you make the wrong personnel decisions over and over coupled with questionable business decisions backed by parasitic leaders who benefit no matter what...it compounds the inherited issues and just makes it 10x worse. So yeah .... many saw it coming.
Yes, we all realized it when they stopped caring about who they hired. Look at JP, he was not qualified to run the departments he was put over. He hired a bunch of sharks who hired more sharks. Then, JP would get rid of the sharks he hired leaving the other, younger, huge ego sharks fighting.
Yes. I predicted it. And while I'm at it, here's another prediction (albeit much less far-fetched):
CHK will be a 'penny stock' by year's end. This occurs when a stock price 'breaks the buck' or falls below $1 per share. You can bet on it.
