Been working there for over 3 years. Have not gotten 1 raise. Similar companies are paying between 3 and 4 dollars an hour more for doing the same work. Time to move on.

Yes Acosta is horrible for raises
In the past few years they are just horrible period..
They say to never say never but I would NEVER work for Acosta..
Horrible upper management
When you are giving employees annual performance evaluations, consider a raise even if it's a few cents per yr.
For many of us, something given is better than nothing.
Acosta is losing a lot of solid employees due to the fact that many of us feel underpaid and not valued by the company or the management...
Well, if we dedicate years to a company we want to have something to show for it, right???
