Thread regarding Baker Hughes layoffs

Rig site performance went south immediatly upon commencement of the AMO whereby inventory turns and usage dicatated stock levels.

The problem soon surfaced that most district managers did not follow PM point based maintenance and allowed equipment to become unreliable while also falsely posting up better monthly P&L reports due to not purchasing materials and labor. If management was forced to follow tool maint. we would not have these problems. It all starts at the top...piss poor management...zero experience in our business and no idea of what lead times for critical use items that should never be out of stock.

High paid dumb–ses at best.
