Also the graduate engineers we have on the rig have had no training and don't know how to fix the equipment. They were cheaper to employ than experience hands but nobody has trained them because its too expensive according to our local manager. Man, this is getting tiresome and when will we get the resources to do our jobs. I am sending my CV across to Weatherford today because even bankrupt companies understand the need to keep equipment working and NPT levels to a minimum.

Man it was never this bad in Baker
