Anybody currently running the new Great Workplace program in their store? If so, give us detail on the structure and what salaried positions still exist. Where does asset protection managers align within the new program?

I am curious what the hours are for GWP. Currently DM's are 7-4 does anyone know the schedule for the leads or even for the team associates? My store was chosen to implement this by week 37 but they haven't really given us any information yet.
I'll bet it's company-wide by week 37.
AP, ACC, and Ecommerce AM positions stay as is, and 1 O/N position. ALL others restructure and must apply and be interviewed. Will be going back to 4 co(level) positions (BL), with many TL's reporting straight to BL. Expect half your am's to leave position in restructure
Does this mean there will be Asm layoffs?
Was told there is a “coach” who is the salaried AM and a “lead”. Not sure if that is like the old ZS that was over the front or if it takes the place of CSM’s. Not much info to go on.
Do you know how will the frontend change?
If the front end goes to gwp would they still have a asm overthem.
My store Mgr. said only one store per region was being restructured for right now. He did say the stores that weren’t currently chosen would go through the GWP for the front end only for right now and the positions for the coach and lead can be applied for starting in August. I’m assuming they will implement it by area over time until the entire store is restructured.
No talk at my store about restructuring. Any one else get the talk today? Or hear any news
Our neighboring store is already on the program and it's to my understanding that asset protection manage, ogp manager and ACC manager are not affected by this change. I assume every store manager gave the talk today about the new structuring? What timeline were you guys given?
