Ynot – did you know that you are the CEO of a TOY COMPANY? I know you so desperately want to be the CEO of an entertainment company but taking the helm at our failing toy company was apparently the only gig you could get. So now you spend all of your time trying to pretend we’re an entertainment company. All that means is you want to spend time with Hollywood executives and s-xy actresses and talk about making movies so you don’t have to think about the humdrum process of making toys in an industry you don’t understand. Well you arrogant fool the company needs to make money to stay in business, and the last time I looked we make money by selling toys. Make all the movies you want 2 years from now, but the company will go bankrupt before then. But I know your ego is much too big for that and you’ll sell the company before you let that happen. Then you can run around and give speeches about how Mattel was sold to Disney, just like the Marvel story you love to tell! There is no way that you or the useless executive team at MatHell will ever be able to turn our company around, so please sell us off sooner rather than later. And in the meantime can you please go to Toastmasters and get some practice with public speaking, it is truly excruciating watching you at employee updates and whenever you give interviews.

I heard he is taking an entire floor of the tower building and all entertainment employees will sit together in this newly refurbished space. They'll have all new furniture and free food and hot, young admins. The rest of the employees will be squished even closer together on the other floors in their grey 1980's cubicles.

Yes, it makes sense, but it is not producing any profitable results. By the way, company is losing millions daily. Flailing and failing is accurate.
What he's doing makes sense to me. You all should be more open minded. Stodgy thinking is what has brought us to this point.

Ynot has been CEO for over a year now. Every time he's addressed the company since then he's essentially said the exact same thing. Has anyone else noticed? Almost point for point, like he's too lazy to even rewrite his script. The first few times I chalked it up to him being new, but now I feel like he's either just lazy or simply doesn't give a sh!t.
