Executives gone for sure, but who thinks they'll be able to cull a good 25% right off the bat.

No doubt, the actual integration will be a long and laborious clusterf-ck, but I would not be surprised if they have already identified the essential processes and staffing personnel and have a list ready to go.

I’d say we close same day (or day after) the vote. I’d say nothing changes immediately, they will have to figure out who stays, goes, etc after closing. If this were Chevron, we would know where we stand by now.

You're giving whoever runs the show far too much credit. It'll be long and laborious partly because they have no clue who they'd want to keep, so they'll have to initiate the painstaking process of figuring out who makes the cut.
